This speech on the creation of the universe is the most accurate and explanatory text/speech that I’ve read on cosmology. It explained every theory in a practical analogy that was easy to understand. He also cited very well his sources on each theory and how had thought of it. This speech really helps in developing a thesis statement. The way he uses analogies to explain different theories was great. It makes complicated physics become simple science. The best thing of the speech is he considers all theories no matter how crazy or irrelevant. Handling the crowd is definitely something he excels at for someone how has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis which makes him almost paralyzed. In the speech he talked about how theories have been changing thought history. He even describes religious myths on how people think everything was created. The different explanations on each theory are very descriptive and he says why this could have been what happened. Overall this speech was great. It has great explanations on almost every theory there is. He also includes his opinion on each and explains it in analogies. Great speech and he is very polite too. It seems that this poem should be a classic because it is very appealing has a great quality of speech. It probably won’t because not so many people are interested in cosmology and complicated physics but it should in a couple of years.
